We are needing strong commercial and operational managers who can both lead from the front but also undertake all the operational activities of the business including:
Implementing and managing all budgets, KPI’s, managing stock loss, waste and shrinkage effectively.
Responsible for the HR Function.
Overseeing the merchandising element
Ideally you will come from a seasonal business.
Able to manage effectively a high turnover fast paced site.
Salaries £55,000-£65,000
